Yesterdays Meals

Going to start posting after my day of eating since sometimes plans change! 

Breakfast 

1 cup almond milk

1.5 scoops vanilla protein powder 

1/2 cup strawberries

1/2 banana

1.5 tbsp peanut butter

(half before and after workout)

Snack

orange

12 almonds

Lunch

2 cups mixed greens

6 oz chicken with lemon pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 

Snack

1 cup carrots

1 cup celery 

1/2 hummus

Dinner

2 cups fresh spinach stir fried with 1/4 c onions and 1/4 red peppers on nonstick pan with light spray of cooking oil

1 cup egg whites

2 tbsp hot salsa
